Awarded via national design competition. A 73-unit, LEED Platinum, senior housing neighborhood, complete with iconic community building. NetZero energy and Fossil Fuel Free goals — via solar PV panels.

The four, three story “flats” buildings are a mix of one and two bedroom units, 3 of which are paired with a “sidecar” courtyard unit. All 4 buildings are a mix of the same 2 floor plan styles mixed and mirrored throughout the buildings.

The central, iconic community building houses office and meeting space, community kitchen, library, laundry facility, and large rooftop deck — all of which are designed to be wheel-chair adaptable and have 100% visitability.

While at WORKSHOP8, acted as a project architect / BIM manager. Was involved in all phases from conceptual design through construction documents. Primarily served as structural consultant coordinator and in house team manager.
