This 1886 home in the trendy Five Points Neighborhood of Denver underwent a major remodel with live in clients. Project included a full kitchen remodel, main level powder room, 2nd level 3/4 bath remodel, and a master suite overhaul. Also, a new 2 car garage was added, and an existing accessory addition was given a face-lift to better blend with the existing architecture.

The kitchen update was designed with a new family member in mind, opening up the floor plan to have maximum visibility throughout the kitchen, dining room, and yard. The large centralized island is sized to stay true to the open floor plan and offer space for everyone in the kitchen to gather around. The space is designed to entertain, allowing guests to meander between the dining room, kitchen, and new outdoor patio space.A new five piece master suite was added upstairs by converting an existing office and connecting it to the master bedroom.

This unique and classic home, offers modern comfort nestled within great historic architecture.
