This 1886 home in the trendy Five Points Neighborhood of Denver, CO underwent a major remodel with live in clients. Project included a full kitchen remodel, main level powder room, 2nd level 3/4 bath remodel, and a master suite overhaul! Also, a new 2 car garage was added, and an accessory shed roof addition was given a face-lift to better blend with the existing architecture.

A great, and tasteful client is to be credited for finish selection, and patience as living through a remodel is never an easy task!

This unique and classic home, offers modern comfort nestled within, and complimentary to, great historic architecture.

The kitchen update was designed with a new family member in mind, opening up the floor plan to have maximum visibility throughout the kitchen, dining room, and yard. The large centralized island is sized to stay true to the open floor plan and offer space for everyone in the kitchen to gather around. The space is designed to entertain, allowing guests to meander between the dining room, kitchen, and new outdoor patio space.

With the home lacking a true master suite, one was added upstairs, converting an existing office space into the new master bath by connecting the old guest room and the office, a new master suite was born, complete with a five piece bath.

The detached garage was built over an existing concrete pad in the backyard enabling the backyard to undergo a transformation. Brand new fenced in yard, and an added patio space was part of the transformation for outdoor eating, entertaining, and not to mention the space for future children to play in!
