The project started with an existing 850 SF brick bungalow situated on a spacious Hilltop property in Denver. The goal was to transform this historic jewel in the rough, into a modern masterpiece!

Designed with the transitional style in mind, a material pallet of white brick and black fenestrations are being specified to help blend the original base double wythe brick walls with the upper new construction and brick veneer. While this project is a "pop-top" by definition the lexicon does not hold the architecture back.

This new home boasts an existing 850 SF basement with an 850 SF main floor. The addition will bring the main and second floor to a spacious 1500 SF. This will bring the total above grade square footage to 3000 + 850 SF finished basement. 4 bed, 4.5 bath + a study, promises to make this a growing families perfect homestead for years to come.
