Our developer clients came to us seeking to build a new single family home in Denvers’ Sunnyside neighborhood. The intent was to bring a new and modern twist to the traditional farmhouse style. Through many iterations, a twin massing typical of a farmhouse emerged, complete with a wrap around deck. The design boasts over 2100 SF of living space, with 3 beds, and 3 baths on the 2nd floor. An open kitchen and living area are located on the main floor, adjacent to the homes rear deck which is perfect for entertaining. The house includes a formal dining room for entertaining and large fireplace located in the rear of the house for internal gathering.
