The original brick tudor home built in 1936 was in desperate need of a proper bath. The client approached us to see if we could fix a barely functional existing bathroom, complete with an old cast-iron tub that did not want to come out!

A turnkey, design+build approach was applied, with the first phase being field verification to find what was there and what could be done. The existing bathroom was completely gutted, and turned into a ¾ bath, with a much more spacious and useable shower.

In the end, tile from the Cement Tile Shop really made this unique 3/4 bath with a modern edge, and a touch of traditional flare really sing!
