Thomas was introduced to the construction industry early on. With the instruction of his father who had experiences ranging from stick frame to passive house, Thomas worked hard to understand and succeed in the world of contracting. Throughout the years, he became very knowledgeable in all the details that went into the house.

​Eventually, through hard work, Summit Building was created. Together he and Oleg worked through difficult problems within the construction world and became a successful business. Eventually this led to the collaboration with Josh and Bonsai Design + Build.

 Throughout his work, Thomas is always conscientious of the client’s needs. He does whatever it takes to create a successful project. When he’s not at work, his family plays an important part in his life.
