Residing in the University Park area of Denver, this bathroom and fireplace remodel was a needed upgrade. The first stage was finishing the fireplace and surround by the time Christmas arrived. It was a tight schedule with unexpected twists and turns but at end we held to our schedule and created a timeless centerpiece for their living space. The gas fireplace has a reclaimed wooden mantel with a 2” solid natural stone bench as the hearth.

As we completed their master bathroom, collaboratively, we chose a refined palette that reflects their lifestyle and functional needs. Featured will be a floor to ceiling steam shower with a beautiful Bain Ultra soaking tub adjacent to it. The walnut vanity was framed in a waterfall quartz countertop with vessel sinks. Every piece was carefully chosen and driven by utility and beauty.
