The Winona 5-Plex is a bold attempt at a new product type. Moving away from the tried and true 4-plex plan, typical of Denver's old 'RH' zoning code, our clients had the vision of achieving higher density by rearranging the plan to accommodate a 5th unit.
This project features 3 unique floor plans, ranging in square footage between 1,012-1,419 SF. Each are accessed via a street facing front door where they become by definition, townhome units. This new product type offers a wide range of price points that appeal to Denver's fast growing demographic looking to relocate to the West Colfax neighborhood.
