Loving what we were able to come up with for on the Winona 5-Plex, our repeat clients came to us with a double wide, RH zone lot, and dared to double down on their initial bold attempt at a new product type. The goal of achieving higher density by rearranging the conventional 4-plex plan to accommodate a 5th unit. Working with city officials, and taking lessons learned from the original 5-plex Winona plan, the Yates 10-Plex was born!
This project features 5 unique floor plans across a sloping site, ranging in square footage between 1,072-1,381 SF, each accessed via a street facing front door, as required of the Row House building form, the units abide by the residential code, and thus are by definition townhome units. This new product type will offer a wide range of price points, which is sure to appeal to Denver's fast growing, young and energetic demographics, looking to relocate to a centrally located, exciting West Colfax neighborhood!
This project is currently working its way through the Site Development Plan phase. We look forward to a late fall groundbreaking, and supporting our clients through construction of this new and exciting project!
