OUR PROCESS

Our project pathway is designed to give homeowners clarity and confidence. Our process begins with a stand alone Concept and Feasibility Study to define goals, site needs, and early budget ranges. During Design and Preconstruction, we refine the plans, materials, and systems while preparing a detailed construction budget. You then choose whether to move forward with construction or pause until the timing is right.
