CONCEPT SERVICE
A new construction project can be a daunting task. Regardless of scope, every project starts with a vision. To help initiate and quantify that vision, we offer concept design and budgeting services at a fraction of overall Architecture and General Contractor fees. Our 3 step ‘Concept Service’ gives you a preliminary snapshot of your project to help with understanding the scope, steps and potential costs of taking on the project.
ARCHITECTURE
BONSAI designs architecturally unique residential and commercial spaces that are one with their environment. Whatever your project type—new build, remodel, renovation, addition—we custom design a solution that is in harmony with its surroundings and is ideally suited for your lifestyle.
For our Concept and Architecture services, we offer a traditional Design-Bid-Build project delivery method with stand-alone project documentation. This enables us to separate the architectural design from construction so our clients can make informed decisions before we break ground. Our Architecture services span from feasibility studies through Architectural Documentation, Entitlement and Construction Administration.
DESIGN-BUILD
We’re a locally owned and operated Architect-Led Design-Build firm specializing in high performance projects. We bring eco-conscious designs to life collaborating with our vetted network of builders, subcontractors, artisans and artists. We offer exceptional communication between you, the design team and the craftsmen bringing your project to reality.
In an Architect-Led Design-Build agreement, you (owners) and Architect (BONSAI) enter a single contract for turn key architecture and construction services. We work as your representative and single point of contact for the duration of the project from design to entitlement to construction. We coordinate directly with all consultants, subcontractors, and vendors. Sharing knowledge early in the process facilitates more accurate estimates and allows us to lessen the likelihood of adverse circumstances. The result? A more refined, carefully crafted build and more fluid and efficient Design-Build schedule.
CONSTRUCTION
BONSAI is a fully licensed and insured General Contractor offering stand-alone general contracting and construction/project management services. No matter the stage of your project, we can formulate a construction budget and present it in a simple, organized and easily managed way.
SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES
Our full-service team offers both Interior Design and Landscape Design as supplementary services to our clients. We’re committed to facilitating your perfect home (or space), both inside and out.
