Great! Whether you flag this during the Concept Phase or not, we welcome you to get as involved with the project as you want. Have an interest in high-performance window installation and don’t want to miss it? Fantastic, we’ll make sure you know when it’s happening and walk you through every step.
Can I still visit the site whenever I want?
Yes. This is your project, so you’re welcome to come and see what’s going on whenever you’d like. We love showing clients the progress we’re making, and we understand that many busy professionals don’t have the availability to come often. Got a week off and want to come up and spend every day on-site? Great, we’ll make sure to bring extra coffee.
What if a major change needs to be made?
If something comes up on a project that falls outside the scope of what we’ve already discussed, we’ll quickly loop you in and present you with the available options and our recommended course of action.
What if I’m doing a remodel, not a build? Will you still be my rep?
Absolutely, the BONSAI Owner’s Rep Service can be added to any project you do with us, from giving you a new kitchen to adding a dwelling to your property to building your dream home.

You get a quality build delivered with minimal effort from your end, saving you significant time and stress. We meet at the start of the project, during the Concept Phase, to define the project, set everything up the way you want, and make sure we’re aligned on which decisions you do and don’t want to delegate. After that, it’s completely up to you how involved you’d like to be.
