Originating from innovative builders in British Columbia, Canada, Modpools represent the pinnacle of sustainable luxury: prefabricated for precision, eco-friendly, and effortlessly transportable. This sleek, self-contained unit was expertly positioned on-site using a heavy-duty crane, ensuring minimal disruption while maximizing backyard potential. Complete with an integrated pump, filtration system, WiFi-enabled controls, and energy-efficient heating, it’s designed for year-round enjoyment and low-maintenance bliss. The pool is crowned with a premium cover – a sleek automated system that glides open and closed at the touch of a button via the integrated Modpool app, the heavy-duty fabric that protects the pool from Colorado’s snow, rain and UV exposure.

To complement the pool’s modern edge, we’ve engineered a thoughtfully designed adjacent composite deck that flows effortlessly into the water’s edge. This sun-soaked expanse features:

•  A dedicated access door leading to the secure pool control area, housing the sump pump and essential equipment for hassle-free operation.

•  Concrete patio pavers that partially encircles the 40 foot Modpool and connects to the covered deck while provides:

•  A non-slip, heat-reflective surface in a light concrete tone to reduce glare and keep barefoot feet cool.

•  Integrated drainage slopes directing water away from the pool and toward perimeter French drains.

• Landscape-ready zone on the opposite (north) side was fully prepped and handed off to the landscaping team.

•  Sturdy, slip-resistant surfacing surrounded by precision-poured concrete footings, providing rock-solid stability for the Modpool’s 40,000+ gallon capacity.

The broader site renovation transforms the outdoor space into a true retreat, blending functionality with timeless elegance.

•  Raised covered deck haven: Perched for panoramic views, this elevated cedar-and-steel structure spans 368 square feet and serves as the project’s crown jewel. It includes:

•  A cozy gas fireplace with a linear stone surround, perfect for chilly Colorado evenings.

•  Ceiling fans and integrated lighting for comfort.

•  Sleek guardrails finished in powder-coated black aluminum to harmonize with the home’s contemporary lines.
