Rob grew up in the world of construction—starting with swinging hammers and learning the trades hands-on before moving into commercial projects and ultimately honing his expertise in residential building. Today, he brings that lifetime of experience to his role as a supervisor and superintendent, where his sharp mind, quick wit, and problem-solving skills keep projects running smoothly and teams motivated.

Outside of work, Rob takes full advantage of Colorado’s playground. Whether it’s skiing, mountain biking, climbing, fly fishing, or backpacking—you’ll find him outdoors with his wife, soaking in every adventure the mountains have to offer. An avid woodworker, Rob also loves giving new life to recycled materials salvaged from jobsites, blending craftsmanship with sustainability.
