Situated within a Denver Landmark District, this new single family home + ADU is designed to compliment its Victorian Era neighbors in a modern way. A white brick, with clean details  meshed with tall parapets crowned with a traditional Italianate roof cap and a modern take on the traditional style is born. This home is designed with a Passive building envelope, is 100% electric and utilizes an energy efficient air source heat pump for conditioning. We are looking forward to breaking ground on this new home soon, as the project works its way through entitlements.
