With over 20 years swinging hammers, solving puzzles in drywall, and keeping crews on track, Juan has built more than just houses—he’s built a career rooted in grit, precision, and no-nonsense leadership. Starting out as a Crew Lead, Juan quickly earned a reputation as the guy who could get things done right (and on time), thanks to a mix of hard work, sharp instincts, and zero tolerance for shortcuts.

Climbing the ranks to Supervisor and then Foreman, he became the go-to for trade coordination, subcontractor wrangling, and schedule wrangling—often at the same time. His ability to problem-solve on the fly and keep communication clear has made him a cornerstone in fast-paced residential builds.

Now a Superintendent, Juan runs full-site operations like a well-oiled (and very safe) machine. Armed with an OSHA 30 certification and a Residential Contractor License, he’s the kind of leader who doesn’t just meet standards—he sets them. Whether mentoring crews or managing the big picture from foundation to finish, Juan brings the perfect blend of know-how, humor, and hustle to every job site.
