Originally from Charlotte, NC, she earned her bachelor's degree from The Art Institute before heading west to Colorado in 2016. Since then, she’s built an impressive track record across finance, operations, and real estate, including roles with a mineral acquisition firm, a multi-venue hospitality group, and a global outdoor brand.

Before joining BONSAI in 2022, Katherine managed operations for Colorado’s largest commercial real estate group—wrangling numbers, teams, and timelines with ease. At BONSAI, she keeps the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes, balancing budgets and business strategy with a passion for purposeful design.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Katherine off the grid: kayaking, camping, or hiking with her trusty sidekick, Nahla. She’s also a dedicated volunteer, a music enthusiast, and always planning her next adventure.
